Q. When and Where is the Great Lakes Media Show?
A. The 2020 #MABshow will take place March 3 and 4 at the the Lansing Center, 333 E. Michigan Ave., in downtown Lansing.
Q. How do I register for the conference?
A. Students, Educators, Parents Register here. All other Attendees click here. There are multiple registration options available. Online Registration closes Monday, February 18, 2020. Onsite Registration will available. Space is limited and lunch is not guaranteed.
Q. If I only want to attend the Career Fair and Exhibit Hall…do I still have to register?
Q. Is there a cancellation policy?
A. Cancellations for paid registrations received in writing by February 18, 2020, are refundable, less a $50 processing fee. After February 18, 2020, cancellations are subject to the entire fee. Substitutions may be granted on a case-by-case basis if received in writing by February 18, 2020. Limit one substitution per registration to another individual within the same company.
Q. What lodging options are available for the conference?

Q. What parking is available for the event?
A. Several convenient parking facilities and meters are located within walking distance of Lansing Center. Click here to learn more.
Q. What is the closest airport to the Lansing Center?
A. Lansing’s Capital Region International Airport is located about 5.5 miles from the Lansing Center.
Q. Is there a dress code for the conference?
A. Business Casual/ Professional is acceptable for the entire conference. Participants prefer to wear more formal attire to the Broadcast Excellence Awards.
Q. I noticed ‘Beer & Bull’ is at the Lansing Brewing Company. Is that within walking distance of the Lansing Center?
A. Yes, but there also will be a shuttle service available from 6:00 to 11:00 p.m.
Q. I would like to attend the Keynote Session. Am I guaranteed a seat?
A. All conference sessions are seated on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate — but we must adhere to the fire code policies regarding room capacities.
