Digital Media Coordinator

This entry-level opportunity will allow the identified candidate to polish and grow their skill sets, while working to market three of Detroit’s premier media brands: 96.3 WDVD, NASH FM 93.1, and News/Talk 760 WJR.

Requirements (Experience, Education, Etc.):

Applicants should hold an enthusiast’s-level acclimation to HTML and open source content management systems, knowledge of Photoshop, video production skills, and social media audience engagement capabilities.

Ideal candidates would be able to demonstrate an eye for clean and targeted graphic design, have writing samples that are fun to read and to-the-point, and be able to produce a web video that tells an engaging story in one-minute or less.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of digital content management and standards

• Ability to learn new systems quickly

• Superior internal customer service standards

• Excellent project management and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail, and high work standards

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

• Can juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure

• First-rate interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff and users

• Excellent oral and written communication skills including proof reading
