Inputting commercial orders precisely as scheduled by the sales department. Checking daily order confirmations to make sure all orders have been scheduled correctly in the Visual Traffic System. Organizing commercial logs to assure commercials air as scheduled. Running reports for previous day’s logs to find any discrepancies, and problem solving when discrepancies exist. Work with the sales and programming departments to meet specific daily traffic deadlines. Also involves answering phones, greeting customers and listeners and other areas of general office responsibilities.Requirements (Experience, Education, Etc.):
Must be a detail oriented, highly analytical individual who can handle multi-tasking. Must have exceptional data entry computer skills and have a history of working independently in a fast paced environment.
