FCC: No New Rules on Retrans

Court Reverses 20-Year Decision on Open Booking Photos

According to a report in Gongwer, a divided 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a 20-year-old decision that required federal criminal booking photos automatically be released on request. Cumulus Moves Crenshaw to Youngstown

Cumulus Media has moved Grand Rapids-based Regional Operations Manager John Crenshaw to its cluster in Youngstown, Ohio,  where he will serve as Operations Manager. Crenshaw came to Grand Rapids in August 2013 and was responsible for the 32 Cumulus stations outside of Detroit and was also program director for WTNR-FM.
