2022 Michigan State of the State Broadcast Information

 

This Wednesday, January 26 at 7:00 p.m., Governor Gretchen Whitmer will deliver the 2022 State of the State address to Michigan citizens. The MAB is providing both radio and television feeds of this event. Television stations will receive a unhosted feed that their anchors can intro and outro. Radio stations can use hosted coverage provided as a courtesy by the Michigan Public Radio Network.

TV: The broadcast will be captioned. There will be no formal GOP response to the Governor’s address.

Radio

State of the State Radio Feed Technical Information Here

Radio: The MAB Radio feed will be the Michigan Public Radio Network’s 60-minute program. The broadcast will be hosted by MPRN’s Rick Pluta and Michigan Radio’s Laura Weber Davis. Credit must be given to the Michigan Public Radio Network. Stations have the option to using Michigan Radio’s web stream to air the program, or use an off-air pickup of an MPRN public radio station.
