Mitten News Acquires WYPV-FM

In an application filed with the FCC on June 15, Michigan Broadcasters, LLC has agreed to transfer the license of its WYPV-FM (Mackinaw City) to John Yob’s Mitten News LLC. FCC to Consider Children’s TV Rules Changes

The FCC released a fact sheet on its proposed NPRM to revise the Children’s Television rules.  The changes, if adopted, would reduce the burden on TV stations.
