Several options are now available for exhibitors:
Standard Booth: Included in the booth is one (1) 8’ covered and skirted table, two (2) chairs, a wastebasket and one (1) 7” x 44” two-line Booth I.D. sign. All booths will be 10’ x 10’ with 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side dividers. You may have a maximum of two (2) company representatives attend per booth. Additional booth staff may attend for $50/per person.
Premium Booth: (shaded booths) Includes everything listed above, in a prime location on the floor (see exhibit map).
Table Top: Included with the table top is one (1) 2’by 8’ covered/skirted table, one chair. You may only display items on the table top with pop-up banners behind the table, you may not set up equipment on the floor. You may have a maximum of two (2) company representative attend per table top.
VALUE ADDED: The contracting company will receive one (1) complete listing of all show attendees (post-show), one (1) listing and link on the conference website and one (1) listing in the MAB e-newsletter. Wireless internet access, move-in refreshments, Tuesday evening “Beer & Bull” reception, Wednesday continental breakfast and Wednesday evening reception/walk-around dinner. Box lunches and lunch tickets are available on Wednesday for purchase. Exhibitors may request pre-registration lists for promotion.
Vendor Registration Only: This allows a company/vendor representative to attend the conference without exhibiting. Vendor registrations include all conference events. meals and sessions, and the option to network and promote your products/services to attendees. In addition, if additional personnel as needed over the maximum of two per booth they must register as a vendor.
PLEASE NOTE: Companies and vendors that are not registered are prohibited from canvassing, soliciting or engaging in business at the GLBC. Any company or vendor found to be soliciting without being registered will be expelled from the event.
