Taken from the idea of "speed dating", this unique session will allow emerging professionals the opportunity to meet with a variety of Michigan broadcast managers in a one-on-one "sit down" for five minutes then move to the next mentor on the line. Pre-registration for this session is required. Attendees are expected to be prepared with questions for the mentors and be ready for a fast-paced, information-packed networking session. 1:15pm - 2:15pm	The WRITE Path to Success in a Multi-Media World Moderator: Jennifer Williams, Greater Media, Inc. Speaker: Kevin Conrad, Kevin Conrad Productions and Greg Adaline, WLNS-TV (Lansing) The key to success in our multi-media world is to be able to write something that sells; something that makes the reader, viewer or listener want more. Content, and how content is written, can make the difference and can either make you, or break you. This workshop will discuss creative writing AND news writing as it pertains to multi-media content and will include hands-on group exercises to make you a more effective, successful writer.
