MAB Honors 2012 Award Recipients

MAB Lifetime Achievement Award, MAB Distinguished Lifetime of Public Service Award, Michigan Broadcasting Hall of Fame, Michigan Association of Public Broadcasters' (MAPB) Pioneer Award, and Special Dedication of the MABF Alan Frank Endowment Scholarship


The MAB and MAB Foundation (MABF) presented the 2012 Lifetime Achievement Award, the Distinguished Lifetime of Public Service Award and inducted the 2012 class of the Michigan Broadcasting Hall of Fame Monday, August 20 at the Motor City Casino Hotel in Detroit.  Also presented was Michigan Association of Public Broadcasters' Professional Pioneer Award and special dedication of the MABF Alan Frank Endowment Scholarship.

 
Award recipients were honored during the MAB's Summer Celebration at the annual Awards Banquet surrounded by family, friends and colleagues.
