Jo Anne Paul-Stanton Passes at 57
We are sorry to report that Jo Anne Paul-Stanton, wife of Michigan Secretary of State Public Information Officer Terry Stanton and former WLNS-TV News Anchor, passed away December 3.

Jo Anne had a terrific career in broadcast news on both television and radio. She worked at WEYI Channel 25, the NBC Affiliate in Flint, as a reporter and anchor.  From 1986-1995 she worked at WLNS-TV (Lansing) as a reporter and anchor and also at WJIM Radio in Lansing as a morning radio show host.  She was at the helm of various TV news shows for HOM-TV, including Interview and On the Agenda.

Jo Anne was a true professional who loved the industry.  She will be missed by all who know her and our industry is saddened by the news of her passing.

The MAB sends its deepest condolences go out to her whole family especially her husband, Terry Stanton and their three sons.
